GSA OGP Office of Technology Policy (ME)

The Office of Technology Policy works closely with OMB, the Chief Information Officer Council, and other agencies on government-wide IT policy implementation, to develop resources for effectively managing technology, research emerging technologies, create informational ecosystems to share relevant expertise, develop tools for IT portfolio management, advance open government initiatives, advocate for secure systems, and support agencies in legislative compliance. The Office of Technology Policy serves as GSA Standards Executive on the Interagency Committee on Standards Policy (ICSP) to facilitate the involvement of GSA government policy and technical expertise into industry led voluntary consensus based standards development.
