Major Functions of Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement:
- Establishes strategic direction for asset and portfolio management
- Develops asset valuation and appraisal policy and procedures
- Implements strategic direction and management of capital investments
- Provides policies and oversight for space pricing, space occupancies, and customer rent bills
- Serves as the central point of contact for PBS customers for escalation of issues
- Ensures that PBS policies and processes are coordinated with, and shared across PBS regions and with customers
- Drives continuous improvement of PBS products and service delivery
