OGP Readiness Assessment HR IT

The HRQSMO launched the inaugural HR IT Inventory in May, 2022. The Inventory asks CFO Act Agencies to inventory the major systems used in the delivery of the level one HR functions as defined by the Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM). The objectives of the Inventory are to identify common Agency needs within the Federal HR space, help agencies identify opportunities to share and collaborate with each other, and determine where a marketplace of sharable solutions can help agencies save time and money.
